Padraig holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business Studies (Majoring in Marketing and Management) from the University of Limerick, which he supplemented with a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship Management.

Having achieved First Class Honours in areas such as Business Consulting, New Venture Creation, New Venture Marketing, Business Simulation, and Psychology, Padraig injects this knowledge into Doctot. Since joining the Consortium, Padraig has helped Doctot to pick up Best Medical App Awards and Hospital Pharmacy Awards, among others.

Padraig is also the co-founder of the Irish Mid-West software company, Tailteann. For his work upon the cult classic PC game, Bainisteoir - Hurling (see www.tailteanngames.com for details), he received a prestigious National Enterprise Technology Award.

Previously short-listed for the Shell Live-Wire Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Padraig also helped to co-found Procall Technologies, as well as a leading Tipperary-based Chartered Physiotherapy and Performance Science clinic named Gold Standard.

Stimulated by the wide-range of responsibilities that come with the role of Doctot's Executive / Business Development Director, Padraig is carving out a reputation within the industry as an imaginative and strategic thinker.

Having devised and implemented a detailed Agile Management Framework on behalf of the Consortium, Padraig oversees all matters relating to Product, People, Process, Promotion, Price, Place, and Physical Evidence.

Thanks to his versatility, attention to detail and resourcefulness, tasks as diverse as anticipating new product opportunities, and implementing customer service protocols are executed to equally high levels.

A "Sculptor" according to the Belbin Behavioural Tool, Padraig particularly enjoys the area of marketing communications.

Having turned down offers to join Silicon Valley-based firms to stay and fight for Doctot's cause, Padraig also exemplifies the commitment of a typical team member.
